Frequently Asked Questions

General Questions

1. How do I use Mybeat?

It's so easy. When you hear a song on the radio that you like and want to find out who it is or if you just want to remember it, pick up your cell phone and call the Mybeat station number. That's what we mean by "ZAPPING".

The system will then provide you with the option to stay on the line to receive the song that is currently playing or to press 1 to receive the previous song on the playlist.

Mybeat will immediately respond to you with an SMS containing relevant information about the song such as the name, artist and other related details. Now, the next time you visit a music store you don't have to search through endless CD shelves, just save the SMSs and you will easily be able to find the CDs you like. Mybeat is the best way to find and remember the music that you like. Mybeat is also in the process of developing other innovative services around 'zapping', watch this space.
